Before you ask

Frequently asked questions.

How long does it take?
7 business days, counted from when you send us the information and the photos, not from when you first message us. If your case will take longer than that, we tell you before we start, not once you are already running late.
Who owns the domain?
Yours. We buy it together with your card and in your name, and we hand you the username and password in writing. If one day you decide to go with someone else, you take the domain and the site without asking our permission. It is the part almost nobody tells you straight.
What if I want changes later?
Before it goes live there is a round of tweaks until it feels like yours. Once it is live, you get 15 days of small changes included: text fixes, the odd image, or a contact detail. After those 15 days, each small change costs $300, or $450/month for up to 4 changes; new sections or redesigns are quoted separately, and you always know the cost before we touch anything.
Do I need to be tech-savvy?
No. You send us the information on WhatsApp the way you would text a friend, and we put it all together. You just review it and say what to change.
Do I need a photo shoot or a photographer?
You don't need to hire anyone. We work with the photos you take on your phone, and if we're missing something we send you a short list of what to shoot and how, in plain language. If you want a session with a photographer, we quote that separately.
Do you guarantee followers or sales?
No, and be wary of anyone who promises that. What we do guarantee is the agreed price, the delivery date, and that your page goes live, works on mobile, and is connected to your Google profile. That is what is actually in our control.
How do I pay?
You reserve with half. You approve the finished page before paying the other half. If it doesn't convince you, we keep adjusting until it's right; and if you decide not to continue, we leave it there and you don't pay the rest. The monthly services (ClubTap and Instagram) are paid by bank transfer, month to month. Complete Business has no upfront payment: it's a flat monthly fee.
Does the price include the domain and hosting?
You buy the domain with your card, in your name, and it's paid for a year directly to the registrar. The following year you renew it with them; we don't charge you anything for that, and we remind you before it expires. The site-changes plan is separate and optional.
What if my business is tiny or unusual?
Message us anyway. If we see we won't be able to do good work for your line of business, we tell you right away, not later.
