Is it one stamp per drink or per visit?
Per visit. If they buy two coffees in the same visit, they get one stamp, just like the paper card. It's easy to explain and nobody collects extra stamps.
What about the stamps my customers already have on paper cards?
From your dashboard you can add the stamps each customer already had on their paper card, so they don't lose their progress.
Does my barista have to do anything on each visit?
No. The customer taps their phone to the counter card or scans the QR, and the stamp is added on its own. Your team only steps in to redeem the reward.
Do my customers have to download an app?
No. Their card opens in the phone's browser, with nothing to download.
