Should I use a stamps club or a points club?

Stamps if your services cost about the same: one stamp per visit and a reward when the card is full. Points if your prices vary a lot, to reward based on what each client spends.

Does the card show my logo and colors?

Yes. Your client sees your brand, your logo, and your colors on her card. She doesn't see the name of any platform.

Do my clients have to download an app?

No. Their card opens in the phone's browser, with nothing to download.

What happens if a client changes phones?

She loses nothing. At your counter you reissue her card with all her stamps or points intact.
