It's the same technology you use to pay by tapping your card or phone to the terminal. Your customer taps their phone to the little card on your counter and their loyalty card opens, without typing anything. Most phones from the last few years already have it. NFC records visits in a stamps club. In a points club, the visit is recorded with the QR or at the counter.
What if my customer's phone doesn't have NFC?
They scan the QR code with the camera. Every counter card has both, so it works with any phone that has a camera.
Do my customers have to download an app?
No. Their card opens in the phone's browser, with nothing to download.
What information does it ask my customers for?
Their name and phone number, the first time. That's how it recognizes them on each visit, and in your dashboard you see your customer list with their visits and their tier, and you can download it in Excel. They can also add their birthday if they want, for a birthday feature coming soon.
What happens if my customer changes or loses their phone?
They lose nothing. At your counter you reissue their card with all their stamps or points intact.
Can I start with Essential and move to Pro later?
Yes. When your club grows or you want to use tiers, we switch your plan without losing any of your customers.
How do I pay?
You pay month to month by bank transfer. Prices don't include tax (IVA).
