How it works in your restaurant

You don't need to connect your point of sale: it all happens at the register, in seconds.

  1. Enter the check at payment

    Your cashier types the check amount into ClubTap and a QR shows up on their screen.

  2. Your customer scans and earns

    They scan the QR with their phone and their points are added. The first time, they leave their name and phone number — nothing to download.

  3. Redeem on the next visit

    Their card shows how many points they have and which rewards they can get. They show their code and your team redeems it at the register.

How does ClubTap know how much the customer spent?

Your cashier types the check amount at payment, and the points are calculated from that. No system needs to be connected.

Do I need to connect my point of sale?

No. ClubTap works completely without a point of sale: the amount is typed into ClubTap's counter screen.

Can I reward my frequent customers more?

Yes. With the Pro plan you set up to five tiers, and at each tier your customers earn more points per visit.

Can I use the NFC counter card in a points club?

In a points club, the visit is recorded with the QR that appears when the amount is entered, or directly at the counter. The NFC card records visits in stamps clubs.
