Does it count check-ins or payments?
Check-ins. In a stamps club every visit adds a stamp, so you reward consistency, not the plan each member paid for.
Can a member check in twice on the same day?
After a visit is recorded there's a waiting period before another one can be added, so it doesn't count twice in a row.
How many members fit in my club?
With the Essential plan, up to 150 customers. With the Pro plan, unlimited customers.
Can the reward be a discount on the monthly fee?
Yes. You define the reward, and your team applies it at the front desk when the member shows their code.
